NEW SCHEDULE STARTING JANUARY 2017

 

MONDAY SCHEDULE:

4:30 – 5:30 PM      JOLT (Speed, Agility & Strength Training)

5:30 – 6:30 PM      Open Class

6:30 – 7:30 PM      Kata Class

7:30 - 8:30 PM       Kumite Class

TUESDAY SCHEDULE:

5:00 – 6:00 PM      Combination Tiny & Dragon Class

6:00 – 7:00 PM      Introductory Class

6:00 – 7:00 PM      Adult Jolt Fitness Class

7:00 – 8:00 PM      Open Class (Purple Belts and Lower)

8:00 – 9:00 PM      Open Class (Green Belts and Higher)

 

WEDNESDAY SCHEDULE:

4:30 – 5:30 PM      Combination Tiny & Dragon Class

5:30 – 6:30 PM      Open Class

6:30 – 7:30 PM      Weapon Class Only

7:30 – 8:30 PM      Advance Jolt Class (13 years and older)


THURSDAY SCHEDULE:

4:30 – 5:30 PM      Combination Tiny & Dragon Class 

5:30 – 6:30 PM      Introductory Class

6:30 – 7:30 PM      Open Class (Purple Belts and Lower)

7:30 – 8:30 PM      Open Class (Green Belts and Higher)

 

FRIDAY SCHEDULE:

4:30 – 5:30 PM      JOLT (Speed, Agility & Strength Training)

5:30 – 6:30 PM      Open Class

6:30 – 7:30 PM      Black & Brown Belts Only Advance Class

7:30 – 8:30 PM      Special Class


SATURDAY SCHEDULE:

7:30 – 8:30 AM            Adult Fitness Class

9:00 – 10:00 AM           Open Class (Blue Belts and Lower)

10:00 – 11:00 AM         Weapons Class

11:00 – 12:00 PM         Open Class (Purple Belts and Higher)

12:00 – 1:00 PM           Tournament Prep Class
