White belt

At each stripe testing students will receive a yellow iron-on stripe. White belt to 11^th-Kyu-Ho (Yellow belt with white stripe) requirements are a combination of ALL 3 Stripes in order for Belt Change and certificate.

1st Stripe requirements:

Close stance

Shoulder stance

Body Punch

Face Punch

Up Block

Down Block

 

2nd Stripe requirements:

Previous stripe requirement

Outside Block

Inside Block

Front Kick

 

3rd Stripe requirements:

All previous stripe requirements

Knife-hand Block

Front Stance (stationary)

Front Stance + Reverse Punch

Front Stance + Front Kick

 

11th Kyu-ho (Yellow with White Stripe)

 

At each stripe testing students will receive a gold iron-on stripe.

11th Kyu-ho (Yellow with White Stripe) to 11th Kyu (Yellow) requirements are a combination of ALL 3 Stripes tests in order for Belt change and certificate:

Round house kick

Front Stance (moving)

 

2nd Stripe requirements:

All previous stripe requirements

Kihon Kata 1

 

3rd Stripe requirements:

All previous stripe requirements

Side Kick

11th Kyu (Yellow Belt)

 

At each stripe testing students will receive an orange iron-on stripe.

11th Kyu (Yellow) to 10th Kyu (Orange) requirements are a combination of ALL 3 Stripes tests in order for Belt change and certificate:
