5:30 - 6:30 pm - Open Class

6:30 - 7:30 pm - Kata Class Only

7:30 8:30 pm - Kumite Class Only

 

Tuesday:

5:00 - 6:00 pm - Combination Tiny & Dragons Class 
 
6:00 - 7:00 pm - Introductory Class
 
6-7 pm - Adult Jolt Fitness Class

7:00 -8:00 pm - Open Class ( Purple Belts and Lower)

8:00 - 9:00 pm - Open Class (Green Belts and Higher)

 

Wednesday:

4:30 - 5:30 pm - Combination Tiny & Dragons Class 

5:30 - 6:30 pm - Open Class

6:30 - 7:30 pm    Weapons Class

7:30 - 8:30 pm - Advance Jolt Training 13 yrs. and older
                (Speed, Agility & Strength)


Thursday:

4:30 - 5:30 pm - Combination Tiny &  Dragons Class

5:30 - 6:30 Open Class (Purple Belts and Lower)

6:30 -7:30 pm - Open Class (Green Belts & Higher)

 

Friday:

4:30 - 5:30 pm - Jolt Training (Speed, Agility & Strength)

5:30 - 6:30 pm - Open Class

6:30 - 7:30 pm - Advance Class (Black and Brown Belts Only)

7:30 - 8:30 pm Special Class

 

Saturday: 

7:30-8:30 am - Adult Jolt/Fitness Training 

9-10 am - Beginners & Blue Belts and Lower

10-11 am - ALL Weapons Class

11-12 pm - Open Class Purple Belts and Higher

12:00 - 1:00 pm - Tournament Prep Class
